Taiwan Covid 19 Travel Restrictions for Leisure Travelers.
- Passengers are not allowed to enter. Not applicable to Passengers with Taiwan Travel Doccuments, passengers with Alien Resident Certificate, passengers with diplomatic passport traveling on duty, passengers traveling for business, and able to prove business travel purpose.
- Passengers are not allowed to transit. Not applicable to passengers transiting through Taoyuan for a connecting flight within 8 Hour operated by same carrier group. Provided they must not arrive from or depart to Mainland China.

You can visit Taiwan all year around and sure you will have a great trip except the typhoon season from July to September. Taiwan has a tropical climate with warmth all year round and mild winters. October to April is a good time to visit Taiwan.

Taiwan Visa Information for Indian Citizens
Indian Travelers will need a tourist visa to visit Taiwan.
There is an Evisa Facility for Taiwan. You can either apply for evisa online or through an agent or by visiting embassy.
The official Taiwan website states that Nationals of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam can apply online for a ROC Travel Authorization Certificate assuming they fulfil one of the following two requirements.
Requirement 1: If you have travelled to Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, any Schengen country, UK or the US in the last 10 years (even if that visa isn’t valid currently, you are eligible to enter Taiwan for 14 days once (single entry) without paying any fee.
Requirement 2: This is for people who’ve been to Taiwan in the last 10 years. If you’ve received a visa to enter Taiwan or have held a resident card at any point in the last 10 years without any record of immigration irregularities or law violations in Taiwan, you are eligible for the Travel Authorization Certificate.
